Refund policy

Refund Policy — Dulce Patisserie

As all our cakes, cupcakes, and cookies are made to order and custom-designed for your event, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before your order/event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable, as ingredients and time are already committed to your order.

If there is an issue with your order upon pickup or delivery (e.g. damage or a significant error from what was agreed), please contact us within 24 hours at dulcepatisserie.co@gmail.com so we can make it right.
